  1. Happy Friday Everybody!! This video has been a long time coming with so many of you asking which is our top 10 favourite volunteer projects across the world! This was no easy task, we have been and volunteered at well over 50 projects, so getting our favourite 10 was quite hard! If you have any questions about volunteering – just let us know below:

Also if you are new around here make sure you hit subscribe –> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3CxEBKx2l38nl1_SFsC2gg

  2. Good afternoon! I am a volunteer of the Quiet Morning Foundation. And we really need your help. Our goal is to create a quiet and good morning for everyone.. Details – quiet-morning .com

  3. Can some one plz tell me what the actual name of number 5 is (sloth and monkeys place). All i know is that its in costa rica

  4. To everyone who's also thinking about volunteering: Remember that the best way to help wildlife is to advocate for policies and practices that give wild animals back their habitat, for instance by eating plant based (animal farming takes up 83% of the world’s agricultural land, but delivers only 18% of global caloric intake. A plant-based diet cuts the use of land by 76% and would allow for rewilding) and holding corporations and governments accountable for destroying ecosystems and worsening climate change which will be detrimental to many species. I know that's not as satisfying for our egos. Neither is acknowledging that the work done by volunteers could also be done by local people in need of job in a poor country. Do you do any research into the places you volunteer for? And support initiatives that contribute to making a structural difference in the place you visit? If it is really about helping it's worth looking into the negative side effects of voluntourism

  5. What an inspiring video and you are fantastic to bring volunteering to public attention as it is so important. Have you gone to the Vervet Monkey Foundation in South Africa? They are another sanctuary desperately in need of volunteers and financial support. Unfortunately at age 80 I can not participate physically. However I donate what I can and share good informative posts like yours hoping it increases awareness of the need to stop the destruction of wildlife. Hopefully you will continue to share your knowledge with all of us

  6. Absolutely everyone who have know idea – what to do in life – have to try volunteering!💯 It dips you to the new invironment, bring amazing people on your boat, as well as give an opportunity for travelling🌏

p.s. as an ESC volunteer, I'm really grateful to this "gap year", which allows me to understand my values & goals

  7. My village widows needs someone to tell them: I love you, give them food items, medical care, if possible equip them with skill acquisition programs etc
I alone cannot do that project
    God bless you 2
